Michele is the CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide and has enjoyed a multitude of leadership roles with renowned organizations. ABWL-NJ applauds her journey to fulfill a commitment to making the workplace equitable with enhanced cultures of inclusion to uplift Black Women, and recognizes her as a 2023 Honoree.
Her impactful spirit and willingness to expand her experience in various industries gained her roles as the Chief People and Culture Officer of Major League Baseball, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for KPMG, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Prudential Financial, and as a member of the Board of the Ladies Professional Golf Association. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University Law School.
